The Role As a Dental Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting dentists and clinicians during a range of dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to a high clinical standard
- Providing patients with a welcoming and comfortable experience
- Following strict infection prevention and control procedures
- Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Working closely with the wider practice team to ensure the smooth running of the practice
- A recognised Dental Nursing qualification
- Current GDC registration
- Previous experience working within a dental practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and professional approach to patient care
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive, proactive attitude
