The role
You'll be responsible for making sure the practice runs smoothly every day, standards are kept, the patient journey is consistently excellent, and the team is performing and growing. You'll oversee:
- Day-to-day practice operations and the patient journey
- Team performance, development, coaching and accountability
- Front desk, nursing and TCO leads
- Patient experience and practice standards
- Revenue performance, diary use, treatment conversion and follow-up
- Recruitment, onboarding, appraisals and performance management
- Practice systems, making sure agreed processes are followed in practice
- Spotting problems and opportunities, and taking ownership of resolving them
Your personality matters as much as your experience. The practice is looking for someone who is:
- Warm, positive, approachable and emotionally intelligent
- Confident enough to lead, and to have difficult conversations when needed
- A natural coach who spots people's strengths and gives constructive feedback
- Able to bring a team with them through change
- Skilled at creating accountability without making people feel constantly criticised or micromanaged
- Organised, commercially aware and happy to take ownership
- £43K - £50K with bonuses
