🦷 The Role
As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll be an important link between the clinical team and patients, helping to ensure patients have a clear understanding of their proposed treatment and feel supported throughout their journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting treatment consultations with patients
Discussing treatment options and helping patients understand their proposed care
Building strong relationships and rapport with patients
Supporting treatment acceptance and conversion
Following up with patients and enquiries
Working closely with clinicians to ensure patients receive clear and consistent information
Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the patient journey
Supporting the practice's commercial and patient-care objectives
Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative information
💼 What We're Looking For
Essential
✔ Minimum 1 year's Treatment Coordinator experience
✔ Strong customer service background
✔ Previous sales experience
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Confident discussing treatment options with patients
✔ Comfortable working towards sales and treatment targets
✔ Professional, organised and patient-focused
Desirable
⭐ Experience using Dentally
Experience within dentistry, particularly around implants, Invisalign and cosmetic treatments, would also be beneficial.
