What They’re Looking For
- GDC-Registered Dental Nurse
- Experience or strong interest in Treatment Coordination
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Confident, proactive, and compassionate approach
- Bonus: Background in hospitality or as cabin crew? Your people skills are exactly what they need
- Be the first friendly face patients see and support them throughout their treatment journey
- Present treatment plans, answer questions, and help patients feel confident in their care
- Liaise with clinicians to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of treatments
- Manage patient schedules, follow-ups, and admin tasks
- Occasionally assist chairside when needed – it’s all about teamwork
- Help create a calm, welcoming atmosphere where every patient feels cared for
