A lovely 2-surgery mixed dental practice in Maida Vale is looking for an experienced and organised Dental Practice Manager / Receptionist to join their friendly team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining practice management responsibilities with front-of-house reception duties in a well-established practice.
💼 The Role:
• Managing the day-to-day running of the practice
• Supporting the clinical team and ensuring smooth operations
• Reception duties including patient bookings, handling enquiries, and maintaining a high level of patient care
• Working with Kodak R4 software
• Helping maintain compliance and efficient practice standards

• Mixed dental practice
• General dentistry
• 2 surgeries
• Friendly and supportive team environment
🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday: 10:30am – 8:00pm (1hr lunch)
• Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:30pm (1hr lunch)
• Wednesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (1hr lunch)
• Thursday: 7:30am – 3:00pm (no lunch)
• Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm (1hr lunch)
✅ Ideal Candidate:
• Previous dental practice management and/or dental reception experience
• Confident using dental software (Kodak R4 experience beneficial)
• Organised, proactive, and patient-focused
• Strong communication and leadership skills
