Associate Dentist (50/50 NHS & Private) – Fife, Scotland

Location: Fife, Scotland

We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join a busy, supportive dental team in Fife. This role offers a balanced 50/50 NHS and private patient base, flexible working, and the opportunity to work across one or more practice sites.

Contract & Working Pattern

• Part-time or full-time (flexible and open to discussion)
• Monday–Sunday availability
• Core hours: 08:00–18:00
• Opportunity to work across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality general dentistry to NHS and private patients
• Conduct examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment delivery
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records in line with professional standards
• Provide exceptional patient care with a professional and friendly approach
• Collaborate effectively with dentists, nurses, and administrative teams
• Support practice growth through patient satisfaction and retention

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Implant experience (placement and/or restoration) highly desirable but not essential
• Invisalign or clear aligner experience is an advantage
• Confident using dental software (experience with Dentally beneficial; training/support available)

Requirements

• GDC registration and right to work in the UK
• Performer number (where required for NHS work)
• Patient-focused approach and commitment to high clinical standards
